IS THERE A MEDAL FOR ALL FINISHERS?

Yes there is a medal for all finishers

ARE THERE PRIZES?

Yes there are prizes for first 3 males and females + all the usual age category winners + first local male and female runner, living in ST15

CAN I USE HEADPHONES / BONE CONDUCTORS?

Use of headphones / earphones is not allowed and will lead to disqualification, with the exception of bone conduction headphones, which are permitted

IS THERE A CHILDREN’S FUN RUN?

We also incorporate a junior relay into the 10K course for local running clubs and schools, contact us if you would like to enter a team.

WHERE IS MY NUMBER AND TIMING CHIP?

Numbers and timing chips are to be collected on the morning of the race from St. Michael’s School

IS THERE RACE CHIP TIMED?

Yes it is

ARE THERE MILE AND KM MARKERS?

Yes, both

ARE THERE WATER STATIONS?

Yes, both on the course and at the finish
